Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the garlic and crushed red pepper and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Add the broccolini and salt and toss to coat in oil.

Sauté for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the water, cover the skillet, and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the broccolini is tender and vibrant green, about 3-5 minutes.
