Equipment

  • 1 spice grinder, coffee grinder, or mortar and pestle

Ingredients
 

  • 1 tablespoon green cardamom pods
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom seeds
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • 1 star anise
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 5-10 black peppercorns
  • ½ cinnamon stick

Instructions

  • Place all your ingredients in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle. Grind until you get a coarse powder.
