Combine avocado, chickpeas, and red onion in a large mixing or salad bowl.
2 16 oz cans of chickpeas, 1 large avocado, ½ red onion
Top with the remaining ingredients. Toss to combine.
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese, 3 tablespoons parsley, 1 tablespoon harissa, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice from ½ of a lemon, 1 teaspoon kosher salt
